The site for Dr. Turbay was considered prime due to its proximity to the University Medical Center of El Paso. The existing building was previously a pharmacy. The building had several issues with the structure and excessive flooding with the parking lot. All of these items we corrected to provide a new cardiology office and new lease spaces for practicing doctors. This new facility implements environmentally safe advantages as well as solar power to supply electricity to the entire building.
